Our policy doesn’t offer returns or refunds.
Our team delivers your orders, opens them, and go through a quality check in the client’s presence. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, the team will confirm the issue and approve or refuse the return or refund. No returns or refunds are accepted after the delivery teams leave the location.
If the refund is approved, we will fully refund you the full price of the item but retain the delivery cost.
If the return is approved, the client will have to pay an additional charge for the second delivery.
