Colors might alter with age and/or exposure to light. They can also vary from dye lot to dye lot. Therefore, claims regarding color shift won’t be taken into account.
Because of the nature of the product, random sheared items will have a range in texture and degree of shearing.
The final rug’s dimensions may differ slightly from the original order size, but not by more than 2% on the linear measurement.

Prices and shipping time

The prices listed on the website are all in USD and do not include shipping cost, which is added at checkout once the address is completed. The delivery team will contact you to organize a time that works for you and deliver the carpet accordingly. It is obligatory for the client to be present on delivery for quality control and sign-off.

We currently only deliver in Lebanon, so no additional charges are expected for customs duties and taxes.

If the client wants to return the product only if the product is not in good condition, he is not responsible for fees of delivery.
