If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, the team will confirm the issue and approve or refuse the return or refund. Prices and shipping time

The prices listed on the website are all in USD and do not include shipping cost, which is added at checkout once the address is completed. The delivery team will contact you to organize a time that works for you and deliver the carpet accordingly. It is obligatory for the client to be present on delivery for quality control and sign-off.

We currently only deliver in Lebanon, so no additional charges are expected for customs duties and taxes.
